Payment Policy

User agree to pay one-time fee for the card issuance and delivery in respect to the billing terms described below. DALONGPAY reserves the right to add and modify any fees at any time, with or without prior notice to you. However, the final amount to pay by the user will be listed on the checkout page before any payment. DALONGPAY reserves the right to cooperate with a third party payment institutions in order to process with a payments. A third party may apply additional terms and conditions in respect to payment processing. Your card issuer's agreement may contain additional terms with respect to your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. You authorize DALONGPAY and its payment agents to proceed with payments for all the services provided to you through the mobile application by automatic check debit and credit card on your behalf. You agree not to falsely make a report the credit card lost or stolen, without an actual reason that it is lost or stolen, that you have used for payment of DALONGPAY’S services, including subscriptions. By performing the crypto currency transactions (transfers and crypto currency exchange), user is solely agreed with the fees and charges for the mentioned operations at the moment of performing such operation and agreed to be responsible for the change of exchange rates in crypto currencies.


Refunds policy for crypro currency services

     No refunds can be performed for any crypto currency operation (purchase, exchange, withdrawal, deposit) due to the nature of this type of funds. The crypto currency operations types provided by our service could be found in Terms & Conditions section.

Refunds policy for other services

Refunds for the purchases may be requested by contacting customer support at any time. Purchase of card issuance is not a subject of refunds unless any issues to the services has been discovered. Service issue is considered to be the failure of card issuance by card emittance company. In such way, the customer personally need to contact DALONGPAY by e-mail at with the full description of his/her matter as follows.  In the letter, it must be mentioned: customer name, surname, customer identification service data (registered e-mail), card order number, the date of purchase (with attached payment invoice), ordered card type (plastic or virtual). It can take up to 7 working days to review the refund request. The refund is free of charge and customer does not subjected to any additional charges. The decision to refund a payment does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by DALONGPAY and it is authorized third party for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. DALONGPAY will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism. The billing system used by DALONGPAY or it is authorized third party provides extensive payment card fraud protection measures and our service include many features to protect you from accidental charges.


Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks

All the chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with DALONGPAY and it is authorized third party given the circumstances. Fraud claims may result in DALONGPAY contacting user’s issuer to protect user and prevent future fraudulent charges to user's card.


Email Receipt

Users will always receive an email receipt to their email address provided upon the initial registration. User may request a copy of the account of charges of their services to the Website but DALONGPAY does not guarantee the availability of such records more than 180 days after payment following the registration date or latest charges. Requests must be made directly to DALONGPAY by using a Customer Support links on the service’s contact page.


Method of Communication

DALONGPAY and the user agree that a transaction receipt will be provided via email to the user's email address provided at the time of the initial registration. Subsequent transactional updates may be communicated to the user through the member’s area in the app upon login.

Billing Errors

If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please notify us immediately of such error. If we do not hear from you within thirty (30) days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, such fee will be deemed acceptable by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your payment card issuer.
